People have often asked me why four different blogs?

Simple...I have lots to share. I’m not a big reader and I don’t like it when I go to a blog and find a recipe mixed in with someone potty training their child and a craft to make your house a home. So I separated them.  My blogs are all in one spot but you don’t have to fish through my kids/families life to find that chicken recipe you once wanted to make.

finding joy: a place where I can vent my creative brain or share others brain cramps.

food: simple recipes that are fun and easy to make.

fresh: gardening made easy.

family: basically, life in our home.

I have spent most of my life preparing for these blogs.  I have had so many different experiences in my life and this seemed like he best way to share/express them. I have had many jobs, many businesses, many children, many thoughts and i feel like many lives.  My life is far from perfect. For years I strived for a perfect life but I have learned perfect is over-rated. I try to think about what a perfect life is.  Maybe it’s me on an island all by myself and no one to bug me. (hole in that plan- I’m lonely)  So I stop thinking of perfect and move on.  I do believe though, we can do simple things, in our lives, that can help us feel successful, simple and build our self esteem which all lead to the closest thing to perfection and that is self confidence.

We just need to have a little “finding joy” in our lives.
